Know Before You Go 

Welcome to FAU theatres.  

We look forward to seeing you at our venues.  Below is everything you need to know before your visit.  

Student Union Box Office Phone & Walk-Up Hours

  • Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
  • Open 2 hours prior to most performances


Directions and Parking

Box Office Policies

  • All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
  • Accepted methods of payment include cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  
  • Prices, shows, artists, dates, and times are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Tickets will not be mailed 10 business days prior to show.
  • All requests to modify an existing ticket purchase must be submitted by the original ticket purchaser (i.e. person whose name is on the ticket account).  
  • Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are void.
  • Pursuant to s.817.36, Florida Statues, tickets may not be offered or resold for more than $1.00 over the original admission price of the ticket.
  • Tickets may not be sold at any price on property where an event is being held without prior written consent from the venue.        
  • FAU Student and Faculty tickets may be purchased at the Student Union Box Office Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m or at the venue upto one hour prior to event.  *Tickets are subject to availability.                                  

Will Call Tickets

  • Any ticket orders processed within 10 business  days of an event will be available day of event at the venues box office upto one hour prior to event.
  • If you ordered tickets online and have not received those tickets, please arrive at the Box Office Will Call window prior to the show. Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID in order to pick up the printed tickets.                                  

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

  • Call the Box Office at 561.297.6124 to have a lost ticket voucher waiting for you at Will Call day of event oly.
  • Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID in order to pick up the lost ticket voucher.
  • Lost ticket vouchers cannot be mailed or issued prior to day of event

Authorize an Alternate Person to Pick Up Tickets

  • To designate an alternate person to pick up your tickets at Will Call, please call the Box Office at 561.297.6124.
  • Ownership of the account will be verified and our staff will make any requested changes.  The alternate person needs to have their photo ID in order to pick up the tickets.                                         

Tickets for Children

  • A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.
  • Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.                                         


  • Re-entry policies vary per event.
  • Have your ticket with you at all times.
  • Check re-entry policy prior to entering or exiting.                                         

Late Seating

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled show time.
  • Latecomers and those who exit during a performance will not be admitted back into the theater until an appropriate interval.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for latecomers.
  • Prices, shows, artists, dates, and times are subject to change at any time without notice.                                         

ATM Locations

  • The nearest ATM is located in the Student Union building, by the north entrance/exit doors.

Cameras, Video & Audio Recorders

  • Ticket holders are not permitted to take photographs or use recording devices, cellphones, iPads or other electronic equipment during the event or performance, unless otherwise specified by the show.
  • Curtains, sets, costumes, scenery, lighting designs and other production elements are considered intellectual property and may be copyrighted.
  • Please refrain from using mobile devices during the performance. The sound and light from the displays are a distraction for the performers and other guests—as is calling or text messaging during the performance.
  • Any unpermitted use of a device by a guest may result in the removal of the guest.

  • The Livingroom Theatre - On-campus cafe located between Bevard Court and Palm Beach Avenue off Indian River Street
